The double room here was incredibly cozy and had a comfortable bed, the location is close to the city center in the new district, and the staff was friendly and attentive without being overbearing.

The rooms are modern and comfortable with climate control, a safe, and multi-channel TV. The location of the hotel is marvellous, facing city.

The Mercure hotel in the new Suzhou town area is a newly opened Accor chain hotel. The building is impressive and the rooms are comfortable with reasonable rates. The staff are all very kind and helpful. The general manager, Mr. Louis Wang, went above and beyond to ensure a warm and welcoming stay. He even presented me with a French red wine, which was absolutely delightful. The hospitality at this hotel is top-notch.

It was a nice touch to find a healthy evening snack of fruit waiting for me in my room each night. I also had a special request to freeze cold packs for my husband's medicine, and the intern from Mexico went above and beyond to help us out. Additionally, a staff member named George found a courier service for us and arranged for our heavy suitcases to be forwarded to our next destination. the service here was exceptional and made our stay stress-free.

Our Easter vacation was amazing! The hotel we stayed at had two fantastic amenities: an indoor pool and a fitness center. The location was also perfect, just a short walk away from a beautiful lake and lots of restaurants. But the best thing about our stay was the friendly and helpful staff. They made us feel so welcome and were always ready to offer suggestions for things to do and see around the area.

The only downside to this hotel was the lack of variety at breakfast. While the food was tasty, there weren't many options to choose from.
